live in a small old mill town in southern vermont. I like living here, it's nice to hear the trains in the morning rumbling on through. I like to hike a lot, not too many people around here like hiking as much as me (at least the people I know), so I do it alone most of the time. I love animals and nature a lot and have more respect for these things than anything else (I'd rather go for a hike alone than go to a party any day - nature wins the popularity contest for this girl!). I have a BS in geology that I'm not really using right now, I'm doing upholstery which I really love. I like upholstery cuz it's hard work and hands on, I don't think I could handle a desk job. It's also rewarding work cuz I get to see my beautiful work afterwords (well sometimes I'm not real happy with it).
I've been vegan for five.five years and have been without meat for over ten years. I never really liked meat all that much, which made it really easy for me to give it up. I don't think I could ever eat meat or dairy again, it's easier at this point anyway and probably a lot more comfortable,
